Returns and Exchange Policy

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, please notify us and send the package back within 5 days of receiving it. Upon sending it back, please send us an image of a receipt from the post office, or a tracking number that we will be able to use to track the return of the parcel.

A refund will only be made after receiving a parcel with a non-damaged item on our end, therefore tracking is recommended as we will not be able to issue a refund in the event of a lost parcel. 

All shipping fees are non-refundable.

Items that are not eligible for refunds:

1) Customized or Personalized Engraved Items.

2) Returns received in a non-workable, damaged condition.

3) Returns that are not notified and sent out within 5 days of receiving the parcel.

4) Shipping fees, except in cases where we have made a shipping error.

5) Items that were sent to a wrong address because the address provided by the customer was wrong/incomplete.
